For as long as I can remember I’ve loved babies and have been fascinated with pregnancy and birth. When I was little I would ask women if I could hold their babies. As I got older I became more interested in pregnancy and birth, I pursued that interest by working for an OB/GYN as a Certified Medical Assistant. I was able to help women throughout their pregnancies and even had the chance to attend births. It will never cease to amaze me at the strength women have and the great miracle it is to see babies born.

I am the Mother to 3 boys, twins that are 11 and my youngest is 4 and wife to a wonderfully supportive husband, my best friend.

I didn’t have the help of a Doula or a Midwife at my first birth, and at times I felt very lost and wondered how I could get through labor. With my second birth I had a Midwife and two Doulas, it was truly an amazing thing to have the strength, comfort and reassurance that I needed in labor and birth.

After attending the birth of a close friend as her Doula I was touched at the strength that she had to birth her baby and the help that I was able to give her throughout the birth.

As a Doula I will give you the support and encouragement you need during pregnancy and the birth of your child/children. I will be there for You, to support You in birthing your way.
