We are no longer offering hypnobirthing (r) classes at this time, but we still have the Hypnobabies classes available for those who are interested in using hypnosis for their birth.
As midwives and doulas we have training in hypnosis for childbirth and are happy to help those choosing this form of relaxation in birth.
